Once an order is placed, pricing is guaranteed for up to 6 months. If installation is not completed within 6 months, pricing may be adjusted with prior notice.
On-site installation is typically an additional 10–20% of the building base price. Additional charges may apply for complex projects requiring multi-day installation or specialized equipment.
Customer is responsible for confirming local building rules and regulations. Arizona Premier Sheds and Metal Buildings will assist with permit submissions but is not responsible for delays caused by municipal review processes, site conditions, or circumstances outside our control. Permit timelines are estimates only.
Customer is responsible for providing a clean, accessible site. Installation may be delayed if the site is not adequately prepared. For buildings requiring concrete, concrete is not included in base building prices unless specifically stated in your quote.
If changes or cancellation occur after order initiation, the customer may forfeit their deposit. Contact Chase as early as possible if your project requirements change.
Any pricing, business, or proprietary information provided by Arizona Premier Sheds and Metal Buildings outside of public website content is confidential and provided solely for evaluating a potential transaction.
